Michael has over 25 years of senior-level investment banking experience, primarily focused on global private equity, leveraged finance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Since forming Fox Point in 2009, Michael has also held partnership positions in several firms, including Vanbridge LLC (an ex-Stone Point Capital portfolio company now part of EPIC Insurance) and Global Family Partners Limited.

Previously, Michael held executive positions at several major financial institutions, including Marsh & McLennan Companies Inc., as Managing Director and Global Head of the Telecoms, Media & Technology Industry Practice Group, and an executive member of their Private Equity/M&A Practice (PEMA). ING Barings Limited in London as Managing Director, Global Head of Telecoms, Media & Technology Investment & Corporate Banking and member of the European Management Committee and Investment Committee. Additionally, he spent over ten years at Bear Stearns, in both New York and London, where his final role was as Senior Managing Director, Head of the European Telecoms, Technology, and Media Group.

Michael, based in London, received a BA from Boston College and is an American from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Michael has been regulated by both the US Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
